Return Policy
What's Mizwig's return policy?
Since we are a purchasing agency, not a seller or a manufacturer, we cannot accept returns of an item unless you have received an incorrect or damaged product. If there is something wrong, please contact our customer service within 3 days upon receipt of parcel. Overdue items will not be accepted.
We do not accept returns on any of the following conditions:
- 1. The clothing is the same as the photos of the item we sent to you.
- 2. The letter location printed on the clothing deviates by just a few centimeters.
- 3. There is a small difference in the color shade.
Accident Claims:
If you receive a wrong size/color/pattern/quantity, a wrong parcel, a damaged item, lost item, etc, you can file a claim within three working days after received your item. Late claims will not be accepted.
How do I return an item?
If items are damaged or incorrect, please contact us by email to service@mizwig.com within 3 days upon receiving your order, and confirm which items are being returned. When you receive your order, you have up to 7 days to return your products. All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags - the same condition as they were originally dispatched from Mizwig. You will be responsible for return shipping. Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned together.
